In the field of technical building services we regard ourselves as a leading partner for sustainable building services as defined by LEED®, DGNB and other certifiers. Electrical engineering, power engineering, heating engineering as well as I&C technology from GA-tec play a key role in the green building concepts of our partners. Our engineers focus on requirement-based control of the building services installations – for maximum efficiency in facility operation.


In addition we offer sustainable FM services in the form of energy consultations and our energy management service.


Building management, which we offer in collaboration with our parent company Sodexo, is hallmarked by its "green" focus – from the efficient use of energy in our own processes to a wide range of ecological waste disposal services and modern recycling concepts that we develop and implement according to the specifications of our customers.

As a member of the German Facility Management Association (GEFMA) we comply with its Directive 160. This defines the sustainability criteria in FM and identifies the sustainability interfaces of the building. It also supplies standards for the development of specific sustainability concepts that can be used for sustainability reporting. This means that FM service processes can be assessed independently of the building quality – a distinct added value for the operators of buildings.


The GEFMA Directive 160 is summarised in a catalogue of 24 criteria derived, for example, from the fields of ecology, economics and social culture. A certification system governs the quantifiable implementation of the criteria in everyday FM life in offices and administration buildings on the basis of profiles and schedules.


The advantages for our customers are obvious: The GEFMA certificate optimises the FM processes, helps to lower long-term operating costs and – as evidence of quality and efficient use of resources – increases the probability of letting and sale. Certification ensures transparency in sustainability reporting.
